How To Use Our Web Site

Using The Shopping Cart

Our shopping cart is very easy to use. Once you find what you are looking for, you can add the item to your virtual 'Shopping Cart' by clicking the "Add to Cart" button listed next to every item. If you need to change a quantity or delete an item, click the "Remove" button at the bottom of the item and then click "Continue" if you wish to reorder the item.

Checking Out

Once you have finished browsing the store and have selected your items, you are ready to check out. To begin the process, click the 'Go To Checkout' button on the bottom of your shopping cart. You will be asked to enter your shipping location.

Security

SoccerHelp is monitored by AlertSite and is secured with a Web Server Certificate. Orders are processed by First Data/LinkPoint , one of the top order processing companies, using their sophisticated software. Your order is completely confidential and is processed on a "Secure ordering page". If you wish to read about First Data/LinkPoint and their security, go to www.firstdata.com/en_us/home We have processed over 20,000 orders and are not aware of ever having had a security problem.

Shipping Information

Locations Shipped To

We are located in Tennessee and will ship anything we sell to the 50 United States, APO/FPO addresses and Canada - to other countries we will ship large patch orders (200 or more patches) but not other merchandise. There is an additional shipping cost of $20.00 USD for shipping "Priority Mail to Canada", or an additional shipping cost of $33.00 USD for shipping "Express Mail to Canada". To all other countries we charge an additional $29 for International Priority Mail and $45 USD for International Express Mail, which is trackable and we DO NOT guarantee delivery by a certain date. We had to start using trackable shipping due to shipping problems and credit card fraud. The customer (the buyer) is responsible for any customs charges, fees or taxes imposed by your country. Method of Delivery

The method of delivery depends on the number of items ordered and the destination. Patches are either shipped by First Class Mail or by Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Videos, DVD's, and books are shipped either by First Class Mail, Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation or by UPS ground. Express Mail delivery is available at additional cost. We mail all International merchandise by USPS Global Priority Mail. Mail APO/FPO addresses can be sent either US First Class Mail, Priority Mail, or Express Mail.

Shipping and Handling Charges

The shipping and handling charges are listed with each item. On rare occasions, one or more of your items may be backordered, and we will usually ship what is in stock immediately, with your backordered item(s) shipped ASAP. Regardless of how many separate shipments are required to fulfill your order, your shipping costs will remain the same. You will never be charged more for multiple shipments of the same order.

U.S. Priority and Express Shipping
For U.S. orders, at the second page of check-out, you will be offered the opportunity to add Priority Shipping for an additional $4.95 (estimated arrival time 3 days) or Express Shipping (estimated arrival time 1-2 days if the order is placed before noon Monday thru Thursday) for an additional $17.95 per order.

Videos and Books
The shipping and handling charge for each item will be specified on the order form or in the description of the item. For single DVDs, videos, or books, the shipping and handling charge for extra items is only $1.95 per extra item ordered. For combo deals, there is no shipping and handling discount because the discount is already deducted from the price.

Patches
$3.95 handling charge per patch order, unless ordered as an add-on. All add-on patch orders require no additional shipping and handling charges.

Magnets
$3.95 handling charge per magnet order, unless ordered as an add-on. All add-on magnet orders require no additional shipping and handling charges.

Sleeve Ties
$3.95 handling charge per sleeve tie order, unless ordered as an add-on. All add-on sleeve tie orders require no additional shipping and handling charges.

Transit Times

Most patches orders are shipped within one or two working days and most video and book orders are shipped within two or three working days.** Once shipped, transit times can vary from 2 to 10 working days depending on the destination and shipping method. Please note that shipments originate in Tennessee.

**Working Days- Our shipping department, as well as most delivery companies operate Monday through Friday. Weekends and holidays are NOT counted as working days.

Backorders

We strive to make sure all items are ready to ship, but occasionally some items are out of stock. Generally, we will ship the available items immediately, with your backordered item(s) shipped ASAP. Regardless of how many separate shipments are required to fulfill your order, your shipping costs will remain the same. You will never be charged more for multiple shipments. When you pay with a credit card, backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. In the very rare instance an item will be on backorder for more than thirty days, we will notify you and give you the option of canceling or replacing that item.

Exchanges/Returns

Videos and DVDs
To return a video or DVD for exchange, merchandise must be returned within 10 days of delivery. Unless defective, videos and DVDs may not be returned after they have been opened. Defective videos, and DVDs can be replaced with the same title only. Please enclose a letter describing the defect. You should return the item to the address from which it was shipped to you. Contact us if you have any questions. You should insure the items shipped and send them by a trackable shipping method - we can only exchange or refund if we receive the item. There is a Detailed Review of every DVD we sell - you should read it so you know what you are buying. If we issue a refund, it will be for what you paid for the DVDs and not for the shipping or handling cost.

Patches
Patches may be returned within 10 days of delivery if they are in unopened packs and in like new condition. There will be a $3.00 restocking charge. Patches should be returned to the address from which they were shipped. Contact us if you have any questions. You should insure the items shipped and send them by a trackable shipping method. We can only grant an exchange or refund if we receive them in like new condition. If we issue a refund, it will be for what you paid for the patches and not for the shipping or handling cost.

Privacy

All personal information submitted with your order is just that... Personal. We only ask for information that is necessary to process and ship your order, or contact you with questions or problems related to your order. We do not sell, trade or publish any personal information from any of our customers.

General Information

Video Formats/Compatibility

SoccerHelp DVDs are either Region 0 (which play world wide) or Region 1 (which play in the US and Canada). Below is a list of DVDs that play world wide. Region 1 discs are intended for use with standard DVD players in North America (Canada and the USA). In most instances they can also be played on compatible "multi-region" DVD players (also known as "chipped" or "region-free" players). They also require an NTSC-compatible television. NTSC is the standard picture format in North America, and differs from the PAL format adopted in Britain and Europe. Region 1 DVDs are usually presented in NTSC format, so you should ensure that your TV is capable of reading the NTSC signal before purchasing Region 1 DVDs. We are unable to guarantee that our DVDs will play in Regions other than Region 1 and are non returnable.

**DVD Regions: The DVD region code identifies a DVD's compatibility with the players typically sold in a particular region. Region 0 DVDs play worldwide, Region 1 are for North America (US and Canada).
